Kyogre, as it appears on Delfino Plaza of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Kyogre is a new type of Pokemon that comes out of a Poke Ball in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Since it is a legendary type of Pokemon, it is very rare and a hidden audience will gasp when it appears, like with almost every other rare Poke Ball Pokemon in the game. When Kyogre appears, it uses its attack, known as Hydro Pump. So, when Kyogre appears, it will target an opposing character and continuously spray water on him/her to push him/her off the stage. Unlike Mario's F.L.U.D.D. or Squirtle's Water Gun, Kyogre's Hydro Pump is extremely powerful and can easily KO an opposing character. Touching Kyogre also gives a pretty decent amount of Damage and Knockback. Since Kyogre targets one opposing character until it disappears, it can be a blessing on the smaller stages of Brawl (most likely because the Blast lines are closer in the smaller stages and Kyogre doesn't have to travel as far on the smaller stages than on the bigger ones). Because Kyogre is large, it can be quite difficult to avoid touching it. Kyogre's attack, nor body will hurt the summoner. Kyogre also has its own Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Kyogre's Trophy, as shown here in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

A Sea Basin Pokemon. It brought about heavy rains, which formed seas and relieved droughts. It is usually found slumbering at the bottom of an ocean trench. Its attack Sheer Cold is a technique so powerful, it causes any opponent it strikes to faint instantly. In battle, it causes clouds to form and drenches the area in rain. It once fiercely battled Groudon.
