LostWinds is a WiiWare game released in 2008.

Plot

Toku, a young boy in Mistralis, was taking a nap when the wind spirit Enril woke him up and called him. When he came to a bridge, the bridge collapsed, and he fell into a cavern below. In the cavern, he picked up the Spirit Stone containing Enril. Enril told him that Balasar, a spirit, tried to take over long ago, but was trapped in the Spirit Stone. Enril was unintentionally trapped, too. Eventually, Balasar broke free, while Enril remained trapped. Then, Toku was charged with defeating Balasar. Enril can help him by using gusts to make him jump higher and/or farther. Shortly afterwards, Toku found a shrine that increased Enril's power by allowing him to make Toku jump multiple times in midair, allowing even higher or farther jumps. Once he went back to where he found the Spirit Stone, he found several of Balasar's minions, Glorbs.

Gameplay

The player controls Toku using the Nunchuck while controlling the wind with the spirit Enril using the Wii Remote. It has several puzzles that involve using the wind to manipulate several objects like boulders.
