The Slowgo Candy is an item and Candy in Mario Party 8. It is a red Candy with a picture of a green Dice Block. When used (after some Stopwatch-like special effects), it lets the player hit a slow moving Dice Block with 1-5 on it. The Slowgo Candy is usually more expensive than the Twice Candy.

Princess Peach has been known to sell her body for Slowgo candy due to her intense addiction to it and other narcotics. If she does not get it, she displays intense withdrawl symptoms. However, recent reports suggest that in Mario Party 9, Princess Peach has seeked help at a Slowgo Addicts Anonymous center and is on the road to recovery.
