The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (also known as Twilight Princess and LoZ: TP) is the thirteenth game in the Legend of Zelda series, released for Nintendo GameCube and as a launch title for the Wii.

Plot

When an evil darkness enshrouds the land of Hyrule, a young farm boy named Link must awaken the hero — and the animal — within. When Link travels to the Twilight Realm, he transforms into a wolf and must scour the land with the help of a mysterious girl named Midna.

Characters

Link

The main character of the game. He is a farm boy living in Ordon village and is very respected within the village. When the children of Ordon village are kidnapped it is up to Link to rescue them and to find out what is going on in Hyrule.

Midna

She assists Link in his quest. She found Link in his wolf form.

Princess Zelda

The Princess of Hyrule. She was imprisoned when Zant took over Hyrule.

Zant

Lord of the Shadows. His goal is to take over Hyrule.

Locations

Ordona Province

  • Ordon Village - Main area of Ordona Priovince where many of the residents live.
  • Ordon Ranch - Southernmost part of Hryule where Fado keeps his goats.
  • Ordon Spring - Serves as a gateway to the rest of Hyrule. This is also where the the Light Spirit Ordona resides.

Faron Province

  • Faron Woods - Situated north of Ordon Spring, this is the main area in Faron Province where the Light Spirit Faron resides. This area becomes almost impassible once the Twilight Realm takes over as a thick purple toxic cloud decends.
  • Sacred Grove - Serves as Entrance to the Chamber of Stone. This is a strange and mysterious area that is hidden from the main walkway in Faron Woods.
  • Chamber of Stone - Where the Master Sword is located.
